1. Find the Items You Want

You can "shop" for items by browsing or searching for the items you would like to purchase.  Our home page contains a listing with links to all the items we currently have for sale.  Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store and allow you to search for specific items or areas of interest (please see Searching for more information).  If you are shopping from our home page, you can click on the item picture, name or red helicopter to see its product detail page.  If you are shopping by searching, the product detail pages are returned in the search results.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to purchase an item from The Supply Tent, click the "add to cart" button on the item's product detail page.  Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's bottom navigation bar to complete your order, or to continue shopping until your cart contains all of the items you want to purchase. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page of our web site.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart Items, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

4. Enter your Billing Address

Tell us billing address by completing the name, street and city information and then select the State or Province from the drop down box.  If the State or Province is not found, select "Not in list" and enter the State or Province in the box to the right.  Enter the zip code and select the Country from the drop down list. 

Having trouble entering an APO or FPO address on our order form?  Following these steps should help:

• Enter the your full name and address in the relevant fields.
• Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the City field.
• Enter "AE" in the State/Province/Region field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
• Regardless of where you're stationed, select "United States" from the Country drop-down menu.

Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. 

5. Enter your Shipping Address

If you leave this section blank, it will be automatically copied from the billing address.

Tell us where you would like to ship your order.  Complete the name, street and city information and then select the State or Province from the drop down box.  If the State or Province is not found, select "Not in list" and enter the State or Province in the box to the right.  Enter the zip code and select the Country from the drop down list.  

If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 3 to 5 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.

6. Enter your Phone Number and Email Address

Provide us with your telephone number including telephone number and a valid email address.  

7. Select Payment Method

Select "Credit Card or PayPal" to pay with MasterCard (debit or credit), Visa (debit or credit), Discover, American Express or PayPal.

Select Money Order or Cashiers Check if you would prefer to pay in this manner.

8. Enter Comments

Here you can provide special instructions, ask questions or just make general comments.  This field is not required.

9. Click on the "Please Click Here To Continue" button

10. Choose a Shipping Method

The available shipping methods with there associated cost and shipping time are displayed.  Choose the shipping method desired. 

11. Click on the "Verify Order" button

12. Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided.  If you something is not correct, you can use your browsers "back" button to go back to make any necessary changes and then continue back through the process as described above.  When you are ready, click the "Submit Order For Processing" button to submit your order. 

13. Payment Details

If you are paying by money order or cashiers check, a confirmation page is displayed with our mailing address.  Please send your payment as stated to...

If you are paying by Credit Card or PayPal you will be you will be connected to a secure server at PayPal.com  If you are a PayPal member, you can log in to PayPal to complete your payment details.  If you are not a PayPal member, just click on the "Continue Checkout" button to proceed.  In either case, just follow the online instructions for entering you payment information and completing your order.  

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store and allow you to search for specific items or areas of interest.  Result selections are done via searching the category, name or description fields in our product database for matches to the criteria provided by the search term(s) entered.  

Some examples of how searching works are:

If your gift certificate is greater than the cost of your order, we will issue a new gift certificate for the unused balance.  This certificate will be issued to the redeemer of the original certificate.

TheSupplyTent.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic and international orders.  We have customers from all over and will gladly ship to virtually any address in the world. 

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from TheSupplyTent.com are calculated by USPS using the weight and size of the package and the shipping address.  All items in an order are grouped together to calculate the total weight.  

Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Shipping time estimates are provided by USPS and will appear in the order form.  We do our best to ship all orders with 48 hours via the method you have chosen.  You can estimate the delivery date by adding 2 days to the time indicated for your chosen shipping method.

At our discretion, we may issue partial refunds in certain circumstances, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Any item that is not in the same condition as purchased

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. Notify us at supplytent@yahoo.com that you are returning an item.  Please include your name, address, the item(s) being returned and the reason they are being returned.

2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box and packing materials the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Refunds

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

They can be delivered via either e-mail or physical mail anywhere in the world, and there are no shipping charges for sending them. You may have them personalized and sent directly to the recipient, or you may have them sent to yourself, for you to present in person.

Buying a gift certificate is easy:

• Go to our Gift Certificates page.

• Select the amount of gift certificate you would like to purchase

• Click on the "Add To Cart" button and proceed to shopping cart to complete your transaction

Once your order has been placed, we'll send you an email confirmation with the claim code number.  We'll also send a paper certificate to the shipping address that you specify in the checkout.  

Upon your request, we can personalize the certificate with your message.  To do this, simply enter your message in the "Gift Certificate Message" field when checking out. 

If you have paid for you certificate by credit card or PayPal, the certificate will be valid immediately.  If you pay by money order or cashiers check, the certificate will become valid as soon as we receive your payment.

The Fine Print

1. Gift certificates must be redeemed online at www.TheSupplyTent.com, toward the purchase of products listed in The Supply Tent's online inventory. 

2. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

3. Any unused balance will be issued on a new gift certificate.  This certificate will be issued to the redeemer of the original certificate.

4. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a money order, cashiers check, credit card or PayPal.

5. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

6. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
